Its very good to see the war between Redmi & Realme with competitve pricing and specs over few months in each segment.
The 10-15K segment is today we are having review and it will give a perception about pros and cons of two devices of 4gb RAM variants.
Design
There is NO clear winner definitely.
REDMI has good design with glossy screen both sides,its Gorilla Glass5. Black color is stunning and looks premium feel
Relame is plastic body at rear but best part is less bezels and chin compare to redmi note 7 pro
Display
Display of both devices are 6.30-inch and its resolution is FHD+ 2340 by 1080 pixels
Its same experience for me with both devices.
Widelevel L1 certification is available for realme 3 pro out of the box. This helps to watch videos in HD

Processor
Q710 is definitely is better than Q675.. but in real usage/gaming nothing much difference to blame
PUBG & Asphalt can play in High Graphics settings in both devices. No Heating issues for both devices are observed
RAM
As we said Earlier, we comparing 4 GB ram and observed REDMI 7 pro has 2GB RAM available on fresh boot up and Realme 3 pro has 1.5GB RAM out of 4GB for usage
RAM Management
The biggest disappoint is both phones sucks almost same when it comes to APP reload. both struggled to hold it in cache and observed reloading apps are happening with multiple social&Game apps are already opened
this looks 4gb is not enough for power user :(
Storage
Both have 64GB and its TIE and good part is Realme3 pro has hybrid slim slot
Battery & Charging
Battery is same 4K mah in each device and last a day on average for user
But on box VOOC charger is available for Realme 3 pro. it just take 1 hr to complete 0-100%. other takes 2 hours with bundled charger(Quick charge 4.0 need to buy separate for it to have same as realme 3 pro)
OS
Both running on Android pie. that's tie
I dont like MIUI or color os
if to chose I prefer MIUI for optimized OS
Camera
There are hiccups in Redmi Note 7 pro video captures over frame rate due to throttling noticed but this is fixed in recent update MIUI 10.3.12
Photos are great in both devices including low lights too
Redmi 7 pro rear camera has sony sensor IMX 586 and Realme 3 pro has IMX 519
I don't want to go to 48MP as its just gimmick. and its useless to decode too. general 12MP pics are great in details
not even going to selfie MP stuff,both are decent
Just frame rate drop in Redmi7 pro video captures is inferior and stabilization in FHD is good but 4K no stabilization
Technically I'm not fan of videos.. but yes Realme3 pro has advantage of consistent 30fps in FHD
Redmi Definitely need to work on camera APP.
good news is both supports gcam.

*REDMI note 7 pro has USB-C missing in Realme 3 pro
*Inbuilt screen protector and better case for REALME3 pro - it matters a lot to me as it can shoot price by another 500 INR
*Download speed in Realme3 pro is bit faster than Redmi7 pro
*Redmi 7 pro and Realme 3 pro 4GB variants gonna cost same 13K for the Independence offer
*REALME 3 pro SAR : 1.16 and REDMI 7 pro 1.6
*Dark Mode is available in REDMI Note 7 pro and its very good. Realme 3 pro gets in Android Q
*Both have Bloatware
*Redmi Ads can be disable/controllable by going each app and disable at settings of it. Not a very big deal
*Audio speaker is not stereo for both devices. decent enough
*Call speaker has some issues in redmi note 7 pro but got fixed with latest sw patch
*Signal reception is almost same though few told realme 3 pro is slightly better. I dont conclude as anyone winner for it
* Hybrid slot can be matter to few who use dual SIM in Redmi Note 7 pro
*Specs not gonna make much difference in general use, unless more photos/videos capture is priority as in built storage is less than Realme 3 pro but 64GB good enough in normal FHD captures post MIUI 10.3.12 Frame rate issues fixed in redmi note 7 pro
*I dont have complaints over realme 3 pro,but i feel color os 6 is inferior to MIUI 10
* Excellent Finger Print response in both devices.
* Face unlock is not faster as FingerPrint Sensor but it is good and I'm not gonna use it anyway
My Take:
IN MY VIEW
*I prefer Black color Redmi note 7 pro for premium looks over Realme3 Pro due to its glass design
*I feel Display is TIE with both devices and so would like to take side on better design than Realme 3 pro
*Yes. Realme3 pro processor great on paper but same for general usage as per my analysis.So, I prefer Redmi 7 pro over Realme 3 pro as no much difference
*Redmi Note 7 pro has efficient RAM management and its big thing to me for day to day use.hence no comparision and I chose Redmi note 7 pro
*Realme 3 pro has better storage compare to REDMI Note 7 pro 4GB RAM variant and I admire it. this can be crucial if video capturing matters a lot. but not for ME.
*VOOC charger in Realme3 pro differentiate the game in-fact. you know if charging time matters just blindly go with Realme3 pro. I just loved it. can I change my preference.. Let me think..
*I prefer Optimized OS in Redmi Note 7 pro over color os 6. Did I say earlier can I change preference? Meh.. NO WAY
*Better camera for videos in Realme 3 pro out of box. normal pictures both are absolute stunning. Camera issues are addressed in MIUI 10.3.12 update,Hence OK for me both devices. I still prefer Note 7 pro.
*Screen-Guard and sturdy transparent case is welcome in Realme 3 pro. Redmi note 7 pro case sucks. shit..I need to spend another 500 for those :(. well i guess i'll be OK with it.
Verdict:
Both are powerful devices in mid range segment.In fact no other vendor can compete with this specs for this price. forget NOKIA,LG,SAMSUNG literally
VOOC Charger,Less Bezels& CHIN,Storage,screen protector and case better in REALME 3 pro and REDMI 7 pro is costlier by Rs.1000.
Chose Redmi Note 7 pro if Better RAM management and Design aesthetic matters else Realme3 pro is worth for 12K and I inclined to prefer Realme3 pro as 1K difference in pricing.
I give both devices 4/5 Rating.
